Quality Control at Every Stage

Quality Assurance

At Nagendra Plast, quality is embedded at every stage of the manufacturing process. We operate under a structured Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 principles, ensuring consistent compliance with customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Our quality assurance framework emphasizes process control, defect prevention, batch traceability, and continual improvement, supporting consistent performance across all production batches.

Material & Regulatory Compliance

Nagendra Plast maintains material and regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable customer, statutory, and export requirements.

Where applicable, compliance documentation such as REACH declarations, RoHS declarations, material declarations, SDS, and TDS is controlled and made available upon customer request.

Batch-wise traceability is maintained to link raw materials, production batches, inspection records, and dispatch documentation, ensuring effective forward and backward traceability.

Quality Controls

Quality controls are implemented throughout the production cycle to ensure conformity and consistency

Pre-Production Review (where applicable)

Upon order confirmation, product requirements such as drawings, tolerances, material specifications, and cosmetic requirements are reviewed to identify and mitigate potential quality risks prior to production.

Incoming Material Verification

Raw materials are verified against approved specifications for identification, quantity, and visible condition before use. Where applicable, supplier documentation is reviewed and inspection results are recorded as per defined procedures.

In-Process Inspection

Planned inspection and monitoring activities are carried out during manufacturing to ensure dimensional accuracy, visual quality, and process consistency. Any deviations identified are addressed through timely corrective action.

Final Inspection & Release

Finished components are inspected prior to dispatch to verify compliance with customer requirements, approved drawings, and specifications. A Final Inspection Report (FIR) is prepared for each dispatch or invoice, and products are released only after inspection approval.

Quality records, inspection reports, and supporting documents are available to customers upon request

Traceability
&
Batch Control

Each production batch is uniquely identifiable and traceable through defined records, enabling effective quality tracking, issue analysis, and corrective action where required.

Non-Conformance
&
Corrective Action

Any non-conforming product identified at any stage is controlled through a defined non-conformance process, including corrective action and verification prior to closure.

Inspection Equipment
&
Calibration

Inspection and measuring instruments used for quality verification are maintained and calibrated at defined intervals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of measurements.

Commitment
to
Continual Improvement

Nagendra Plast continuously monitors process performance and quality outcomes, using data-driven methods to improve efficiency, reduce rejections, and enhance customer satisfaction.
